Ian Gotts

Chief Executive Officer

Ian Gotts has been the inspiration behind the growth of Nimbus since the company's inception. His book "Common Approach – Uncommon Results"  has resulted in significant interest across the world and he is now a regular keynote speaker at international conferences and seminars. This combined with a successful 12 year Accenture career and sailing at an international level, (Olympic Squad 1984) means he is a popular and entertaining speaker. Download full bio.

Adrian King

Chief Operating Officer

Adrian King joined Nimbus in September 2001 leaving his position as VP Development for Hummingbird, the global portal player. Prior to that he was Development Manager at PeopleDocs, a start-up document management solution provider, and Royalblue the UK based help-desk software company. Adrian's career also includes a research fellowship at the particle physics establishment CERN. Download full bio.

Richard Parker

EVP Sales & Implementation

In 1997 Richard co-founded Nimbus to develop and take to market a new approach to driving improved performance through structured management of operational processes. Richard is a recognized thought leader on the pragmatic application of process thinking and management tools, with extensive experience of significant projects in over 50 multinationals around the world in the past 12 years including companies like Toyota, Avaya and Orange. He has also gained strong insights into the impacts of process within the areas of Lean-Sigma, software implementations and compliance. Download full bio.

Mark Cotgrove

EVP Alliances

Mark Cotgrove is a founder shareholder and has been working with Nimbus since 1998 and has developed a huge amount of experience in understanding improved performance through process management. Mark deals with Nimbus Emerging Market operations which covers Africa, India, Australia, Latin America, Middle East, Malaysia, Central and Eastern Europe and Japan. Mark has a strong view on performance from a sporting viewpoint as well, having studied for a Masters degree and PhD in Exercise Physiology, and from a practical sense as he was a professional skier and still competes in international level sailing events. Paul Linsell

Chief Technology Officer 

Paul Linsell co-founded Nimbus in 1997 and was the initial developer of the Control software.  Paul has 12 years experience in the development and management of business process modeling and business process management software.  Paul spent the first years of Nimbus building and developing the Control software, and in more recent years is involved in the management and direction of the software suite.  Paul is also a registered Tae Kwon Do instructor and currently holds a 3rd Dan black belt in the sport. Seumas Kilpatrick

Chief Financial Officer

Seumas is an ICAEW chartered accountant and is responsible for the financial prudence of Nimbus. Seumas's team covers the financial administration, personnel management administration of the company. He trained with Ernst and Young in a wide range of business and has recently worked as a finance manager in the software sector for Thorn, Banctec and IXOS. Download full bio.
