We currently offer two eLearning programs; Web Users and Process Authors.
We use the latest approaches to instructional design to create short but engaging training modules. We provide context to the learner while they experience the real environment for themselves. In each module the learner is guided through various parts of the application while a narrator explains what they are seeing, what to do next and why.

Web Users

We have two modules aimed at users of the Control 2007 web interface; End-Users and Change Management Users. We customize these modules to match your corporate branding and we can use content from your own Control 2007 repository to provide maximum relevance for your staff

Process Authors

These elearning modules are an ideal means of refresher training, to follow-up after classroom training; or extending authors knowledge into more advanced topics following the two day essentials course. Classroom training is still recommended for Authors as the practical exercises and case study material cannot in our view be adequately substituted by eLearning. The modules can be used as is (generic) or for a small additional fee they can be customized to match your corporate branding.
