| How do we use it? |

This is not necessarily best practice for every situation – this is proven practice. It is customizable allowing you to modify and add specific activities for your project and operational needs. It is intended to be tuned to your requirements, timescales, costing, activity plan etc. Where an activity is not deemed necessary, PMM can provide the framework for highlighting and assessing risks through not carrying out the activity. Overall, PMM drives visibility and communication and is a key driver behind a common language for your project.
